...its been two weeks since my last post and I have been quite busy, but I have managed to get through about another 30 pages. I read the first 10 pages in class, and another 22 pages today. I am still amazed that even though I am picking up the book and putting it down for days in between, when I start to read I seem to get right back into the book. I believe it is a combination of my deep interested in the subject of the US-Mexican border and the writer's style of writing. The reading is presented in a way which is very simple to read and seems to flow easily for me. I will continue reading and hope the willingness continues, which seems to return each time I pick up the book...
